Your order will be sent from one of our two U.S. distribution centers: Springboro, Ohio and Ocala, Florida.

Yes, we have 2- and 3-ply options in a variety of color combinations. The most common colors are white, canary, and pink, but we do have a variety of other fun colors. Download our catalog here.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 90 days of our sending the invoice. We must authorize the return before receiving the shipment back. Freight charges will be determined at the time of the request. We only accept full cartons and undamaged goods for returns. You can learn more in our Terms & Conditions.

What types of thermal paper do you offer?

We offer both B.P.A.-free and phenol-free thermal paper. Please contact your sales representative for more information.

Does P.S.I. offer custom-printed paper rolls?

Yes! You can custom print on any kind of paper and even choose a custom color.

How should I store my thermal paper?

We recommend storing thermal paper in a cool, dry place. Ideally, the room should be around 70 degrees with 40% humidity. It’s best to keep thermal paper out of direct sunlight and artificial UV light. Otherwise, the paper may fade or turn yellow.
